The backpack is perfect and absolutely what was announced. Rapid deployment etc worked fine. It is totally for urban discretion as it looks like so many other bags. The leather company patch might be a giveaway to trained professionals. Where I have an issue, but I am told the marketing team is working on it is the the box in which it was shipped. understandably the company is very proud of their product and as a result thought it would be a good thing to plaster advertisement for there product on the box itself. Needless to say that basically marks the person who receives it. In my case the entire Dorman crew and other personnel of the building I live in, were made aware of my purchase. And in my neighborhood discretion equals protection. It pretty much drives the gray man concept out of the water. But as I said the company did get in touch with me as soon as I sent them a direct email, which shows 1) they actually read their email, 2) they take their clients safety and remarks seriously, 3) they have their marketing team working on it. 4) that is more than I can say of many better know larger companies. So my inclination is to recommend the product. Obviously I have only tested the deployment of it, I have not tested the actual ballistic plates, and hope I never have to.
